Were hoping to find the before photos from this recent exterior remodel. After the clapboard siding was removed, we insulated the walls and the open spaces around each window and door. Everything was sealed tight and then James Hardie Cement Board was installed. It carries a 20 year paint warranty and a 50 year material warranty. The custom crown and dentil mouldings were fabricated in our shop. So too were the raised panals and fluted pilasters. This was a fun project. More pics coming soon.
The back porch was added and will be finished in the spring. Originally there was a 6' conventional slider. We removed that and replaced it with a 12' wide gliding french door. The difference is amazing.
